Meet Our Providers
Antoinette Watson
DNP, APRN, AG-ACNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
I am a graduate of Winston-Salem State University, Vanderbilt University, and the University of Miami. I am an Acute Care trained as well as a Doctoral prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the Tampa Bay area. My goal is to establish a practice where patients are able to have timely access to medication management and counseling services in an effort to help them persevere with ease. I make my best effort to find the potential in each patient and formulate a treatment plan that is individualized to their needs. While the traditional outpatient setting is better for some patients, I also understand this is not an option for all patients due to various reasons. By incorporating the use of technology, I am able to provide personalized, convenient services to patients while they remain in the comfort of their own home. A Little H.O.P.E goes a long way, and I am here to provide that for you.

Shannon Munz, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Hi everyone, my name is Shannon Munz. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people of various backgrounds. Whether transitional phases and challenges are work-related, personal, or social; it can cause us to become out of equilibrium. My goal is to help you get back to you your best and truest self. Small daily stressors can slowly deteriorate our wellbeing and my goal is to prevent the small problems from becoming serious ones. We can help you improve the quality of your life if you are prepared to put in the work. My intention is not to repress your emotions with medications but to assist you in making clear decisions that will improve your life. I look forward to helping you achieve your best state of mind. ** Accepting most major insurances and self-pay**

Sandra Sanchez
Mental Health Therapist
Bilingual in English and Spanish
As a professional in mental health, my goal is to make a change in the world, one person at a time. A good day at work means taking care of the emotional and mental needs of my patients and contributing to their happiness by providing guidance and an achievable plan to meet their personal goals. Born and raised in Colombia, I pursued a master’s degree in clinical social work because I’m a service-oriented person. As a bilingual, English and Spanish, and compassionate mental health therapist, I bring extensive experience and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals in their mental and emotional well-being. With a strong foundation in prevention, psychoeducation, and mental health techniques, I help patients overcome their challenges and achieve positive behavioral changes. When I take off my work coat, I love taking care of my family. I also enjoy dancing, doing handicrafts, and walking in nature—it helps me develop new ideas and expand my creativity.
